Product Highlights
The WECO 9200 Warm-Up Load Board combines load control with shop-ready safety and usability. It features high-quality zero insertion force socket design, with socket safety interlocks and a plexiglass socket shield to help guide meter blades and reduce the chance of dropped seals contacting conductors—supporting safer, more reliable operation.
For load performance, the WECO 9200 provides continuous variable voltage and independent A & C element current (delivered and received), and it uniquely offers a parallel phantom load for each socket. This independence also means the WECO 9200 Warm-Up Load Board does not require bypass adapters and sockets won’t become inoperative if a meter service disconnect remains open.
Because the WECO 9200 is a warm-up load solution (not a reference-standard-based accuracy system), there is no energy reference standard built in—so measurement accuracy is dependent on the ammeter/voltmeter accuracy and any differential losses from multiple meter loading.

Features
- Continuous variable voltage up to 520 V with 0.1 V resolution (spec sheet), supporting stable warm‑up across multiple meter forms.
- Independent A & C element current from 0 to 30 A (or optional 50 A) with 0.1 A resolution, delivered and received.
- No bypass adapters required, and sockets remain usable even when a meter service disconnect is open—supporting consistent throughput.
- Dead‑front safety interlocks plus socket shield to improve operator safety and stability of daily handling.
- Zero Insertion Force meter sockets with manual lever jaw release for easier, repeatable meter insert/remove cycles.
- Selectable meter form switch and support for ANSI meter forms 1S, 2S, 3S, 4S, 5S, 6S, 9S, 12S, 16S, 25S & 45S up to 56 meter capacity.
- Independent manual or timer control of load application and duration for each bank of four sockets.
- Multiple resettable safety breakers and all‑aluminum frame construction for long-term reliability.
