What does the base WATT-Net Software include?

Control of RADIAN test hardware, meter accuracy and functional testing, dynamic test sequencing, configurable data views and import/export, barcode label printing, predefined and custom reports and dashboards, and site administration with site analysis data capture.

Does WATT-Net cost extra?

No. The base software comes with RADIAN test systems at no license fee. You pay only for the optional modules and integrations you add.

Which module should I add first?

The Database and Administration Module. It moves your data to a central SQL or Oracle database and adds user security. The Meter Shop Operations, Sample and Periodic Testing, Equipment Support, Inventory Management and Asset Lifecycle Management modules build on it.

Can WATT-Net send data to our billing or CIS system?

Yes, with WATT-Net Integrations. It connects WATT-Net to billing, ERP, and other enterprise systems through direct CIS integrations, APIs and configurable file exchanges, so meter data doesn't have to be moved by hand.

Does WATT-Net work in the field?

Yes. Field results sync two ways with the meter shop database. The RADIAN RW-30X and RW-31X use WATT-Net to manage meter test data and site information on the job.

How often is WATT-Net updated?

WATT-Net is developed continuously, with typically two major releases a year, maintenance releases in between, and quick-turn hotfixes when needed.

What does a larger WATT-Net implementation look like?

It starts with a virtual requirements session and an on-site deep dive into your processes, data, and records. RADIAN then builds a test environment for configuration, integrations, and user acceptance testing, and cuts over to production on a go-live weekend, with end-user training and post-production support.
