What sampling standards does acceptance testing use?

ANSI Z1.4 (sampling by attributes), ANSI Z1.9 (sampling by variables), or MILSPEC sampling tables. Acceptance reports summarize the statistical evaluation and give an acceptance or rejection recommendation.

What is first article verification?

It automatically identifies first article devices and retrieves their associated test results.

How do workstation alerts work?

When a special condition occurs, the workstation shows a visual alert, and optionally an audible one, telling the operator what to do. For example, a red tag created before a meter reaches the shop pops up when that meter is received.
