Safe, Reliable AMI Meter Functional Validation
- Fast functional validation to screen meters for readiness before accuracy testing (power-up, display, comms, firmware, disconnect, errors).
- Integrated meter detection + socket interlocks so sockets are not powered when empty—supporting a safer, dead-front design (no meter blanks needed).
- Isolated banks of four sockets with their own power switch, circuit breaker protection, and LED power status—so operators can change meters without shutting down the entire board.
- Line-side / load-side indicator LEDs at each socket to support quick verification of disconnect switch status.
- Resettable breakers designed to protect against misuse or faulty meter connections—supporting long-term operational stability.
- Aluminum construction with locking wheels for durable, mobile shop deployment.
- Configurable standard build: typically double-sided with 40 Form 2S sockets per side and 240V at each socket, with customization options for socket count, single/double-sided layout, meter forms, socket voltage, and 120V or 240V service voltage.
