RADIAN Process Improvement Workshop

RADIAN’s Process Improvement Workshop is a three-day onsite exercise led by skilled RADIAN process improvement professionals.

The workshop is designed to drive increased throughput without adding headcount, without adding equipment, and without relying on contract testing services—helping meter shop teams remove bottlenecks and improve flow using proven improvement methods.

Service Highlights

Many utilities know improvement is needed—but day-to-day constraints can make change feel out of reach. Our Process Improvement Workshop is built to tackle the common realities meter shops face: limited equipment and staffing capacity, storage space constraints, “we’ve always done it this way” inertia, lack of time to focus on improvements, and uncertainty around what internal and external customers truly value.

The workshop is facilitated by experts with Black Belt (Transactional Process Improvement / Danaher Business Systems) credentials and extensive process improvement operations experience. Outcomes are driven by hands-on collaboration with your team, and customer feedback highlights practical, real-world gains—such as improvements to RMA/shipping processes and increased capability to validate/program multiple meters at one time.
