RADIAN Product Training

RADIAN Product Training helps your lab and field technicians get the most from their RADIAN reference standards and test systems. Instruction is tailored to your team and can cover product theory, testing applications, routine maintenance, and calibration.

Training is best held at a RADIAN facility, where technicians work with the equipment alongside the people who build it. On-site training is available by request.

What Training Can Cover

Every course is built around your equipment and your program. Choose the topics your technicians need most, or cover the full scope of reference standard ownership.

Topic What your team learns
Product theory How the standard or test system measures, and what its specifications mean
Testing applications Setting up and running the tests your program uses, in the lab and the field
Routine maintenance Care, checks, and handling that keep equipment performing
Calibration How calibration and traceability work, and how to keep your equipment on schedule

How to Set Up Training

  1. Tell us about your team: the equipment you use, the tests you run, and how many people need training.
  2. Choose the format and location: at a RADIAN facility, on site, or online.
  3. Agree on the topics. RADIAN tailors the course content and provides the materials.
  4. Train with a qualified RADIAN instructor, in a group sized for personal attention.

Looking at the whole testing process, not just the equipment? A Process Improvement Workshop reviews how meters and standards move through your shop. To keep your standards accurate between training sessions, see RADIAN Calibration Services.
