The Powermetrix 8803A lets technicians test meters under customer load (passive) or apply an artificial load (active) from RADIAN test equipment, then adjust amplitudes and phase angles to evaluate performance across a wide range of operating conditions—including conditions beyond a meter’s calibrated range.

The Powermetrix 8803A supports testing both CTs and PTs installed on the simulator using a RADIAN analyzer, with easy access for flexible current probes, clamp-on probes, or Amp/Volt Litewire probes.
