Input filtering circuitry on each of the four channels prevents noise from false triggering the outputs, and per-channel red and green LED indicators provide real-time system status without additional test equipment. Built-in MOV transient protection and individually fused “K” output leads on all eight outputs ensure reliable, protected operation across every channel.
The SPR-48 is designed to mount inside a user-supplied enclosure and is also available pre-mounted in an optional NEMA 4X enclosure for outdoor or harsh-environment deployments. Multiple low-voltage DC input options make it easy to integrate into a wide range of power supply configurations.

The SPR-48 consolidates four independent pulse isolation channels with two outputs each into a single high-density enclosure.
- Eight isolated solid state Form A (K & Y) dry contact outputs from four Form A inputs, two outputs per channel
- High-density design replaces up to four individual RPR or SPR relays
- Input noise filtering on each channel to prevent false triggers
- Solid state contacts rated at 125 VAC/VDC at 100 mA, 800 mW maximum
- Fused "K" output leads (1/10 amp, 3AG) on all eight output channels
- 2,500 Vrms input/output isolation voltage
- Optional NEMA 4X enclosure available for outdoor installations
- Available in 125 VDC, 15–48 VDC, 12 VDC, and 24 VDC/VAC input voltage options
