The RPR-1PS is a single-channel pulse isolation relay that converts a Form C (KYZ) input into a single isolated solid state Form C output. It supplies its own sense voltage to the pulse sending unit, making it a self-contained interface solution for utility metering and energy management applications.

Designed for reliability in demanding environments, the RPR-1PS filters noise and transients from its input to prevent false pulses at the output. With a compact polycarbonate enclosure and bright LED status indicators, it delivers dependable performance with minimal maintenance requirements.

The RPR-1PS is built for long-term durability and protection. Its solid state switching device is rated at 800V and 750mA, providing maximum resistance to lightning strikes and transient voltage damage. Built-in transient suppression eliminates the need for any external protection components, and the fused “K” output lead safeguards the relay against overcurrent, incorrect wiring, and other common field conditions.

Installation and monitoring are straightforward with the RPR-1PS. A “Euro” type terminal strip simplifies wiring on both the input and output sides, while bright red and green LED indicators give an at-a-glance view of system status without requiring additional test equipment. The unit mounts in any position and operates across a wide temperature range of -38°C to +70°C, making it suitable for a broad range of metering, SCADA, and demand recording installations.
