RADIAN Care Plans

RADIAN Care Plans are service plan options designed to protect and maintain your RADIAN equipment over time. When you register any new RADIAN product, you’re automatically enrolled in the Blue Care Plan (included with purchase), which provides two-year warranty coverage and access to training opportunities.

From there, you can upgrade at any time to Silver, Gold, or Platinum for expanded warranty coverage, multi-year recalibration/recertification packages, and additional service and training benefits.

Service Highlights

Choose the coverage level that matches your operational risk and workload. Care Plans scale from foundational warranty protection (Blue) to multi-year warranty + recurring recertification support (Silver/Gold/Platinum). This makes it easier to standardize budgeting for ownership costs while maintaining confidence that your measurement equipment stays in-spec over its service life.

Higher-tier plans add benefits like on-site product training, discounted additional training, and (at Platinum) “First on Bench” priority status for recalibration and repair—helping reduce disruption when equipment must be serviced and supporting faster skill-building across your team.
