The CIR-13PS simplifies multi-destination metering deployments by providing three independently usable outputs from a single input — eliminating the need for separate splitter relays downstream. Coordinated double “K” lead fusing across both compartments enables fast fault localization, and the dual-compartment design maintains a clear boundary between utility and customer-side equipment.
The solid-state switching device is rated at 800V and 750mA for strong transient protection, and built-in suppressors eliminate the need for external devices. Red and green LEDs in the customer compartment light alternately with input status, giving any personnel an immediate visual system check without additional test equipment.
Features
The SSI CIR-13PS provides three isolated Form C KYZ outputs from a single meter input with jumper-selectable long or short pulse mode, in a dual-compartment NEMA 4X enclosure.
- Three isolated Form C outputs — three solid-state dry KYZ contacts, each usable as Form A or Form C, rated at 250VAC/VDC at 1/2A.
- Single Form A or C input — accepts either 2-wire or 3-wire input with +13VDC wetting voltage on the K terminal.
- Jumper-selectable pulse output mode — Long mode follows input closure duration; Short mode produces a fixed ~100mS output pulse.
- Dual-compartment NEMA 4X enclosure — locked utility compartment and accessible customer compartment in one weatherproof package.
- Coordinated dual-compartment fusing — double "K" lead fusing across both sections enables fast utility vs. customer fault identification.
- 800V/750mA solid-state switching — provides maximum protection from lightning and transient voltage damage.
- LED status indicators — red and green LEDs in the customer compartment provide instant visual system status check.
