The SPS-6-5’s dual-panel design delivers twice the solar charging capacity of the single-panel SPS-2, making it well suited for higher-power loads, less favorable solar environments, or installations requiring greater energy reserve. The 50Ah battery — significantly larger than the SPS-2’s 15Ah — extends holdover capability at higher current draw.
The 5VDC output variant is appropriate for devices requiring a regulated 5V supply at up to 1A. Battery recharge time is approximately 6 hours under good solar conditions.
