Product Highlights
The CIR-24NG operates in two modes: Normal mode, where outputs follow inputs in matching Form A or Form C format, and Conversion mode, where the relay automatically converts Form A to Form C or Form C to Form A while preserving pulse value. Form A output pulse widths are individually programmable, making the CIR-24NG compatible with instruments that have minimum pulse width requirements.
The dual-compartment design keeps the utility electronics locked and inaccessible to customers, while LED indicators for every input and output — positioned directly beside their terminal blocks — provide clear, immediate visual status for each signal independently. The 800V/150mA switching device and built-in transient suppression protect against lightning and voltage transients.
Features
- Four independently mappable outputs — each output programmed to follow either of two inputs, configurable as Form A or Form C.
- Normal and Conversion operating modes — Normal passes matching form types; Conversion switches between Form A and Form C while preserving pulse value.
- USB programmability — all settings configured via SSI Universal Programmer software; supports emulation of CIR-13, CIR-24, and PIR-1 configurations.
- Programmable Form A output pulse widths — individually set per output for compatibility with instruments requiring minimum pulse widths.
- Dual-compartment NEMA 4X enclosure — locked utility compartment and accessible customer compartment in one weatherproof package.
- 800V/150mA solid-state switching — provides strong protection from lightning and transient voltage events.
- Per-signal LED indicators — individual red and green LEDs for every input and output, positioned at terminal blocks for clear field visibility.
