Product Highlights
The flexibility of the CIR-24PS’s output assignment switches enables a wide range of metering distribution configurations — from splitting one input to four customer devices, to combining two meter inputs across four independently routed outputs. Long and Short pulse modes are configured per input channel using jumpers, applying uniformly to all outputs assigned to that channel.
Both customer-side outputs and utility-side outputs are protected by coordinated fusing, with the utility compartment fuses rated higher to protect the relay boards. The solid-state contacts are rated at 250VAC/VDC at 1/2A, and the CIR-24PS must be wired phase-to-neutral — not phase-to-phase.
Features
- Four isolated KYZ outputs — assignable to either of two input channels via A/B selector switches; configurable as Form A or Form C.
- Two independent input channels — accepts Form A (2-wire) or Form C (3-wire) inputs, configured via per-channel selector jumpers.
- Autoranging power input — accepts 120V to 277VAC for broad installation compatibility.
- Per-channel Long/Short pulse mode — output pulse width (matching input or fixed ~100mS) configured per input channel and applied to all assigned outputs.
- Dual-compartment NEMA 4X enclosure — locked utility compartment and accessible customer compartment in one weatherproof package.
- Coordinated multi-level fusing — utility-side fuses protect circuit boards; customer-side fuses protect outputs; all factory-set and coordinated.
- Solid-state dry contacts — rated at 250VAC/VDC at 1/2A; arc suppression provided internally.
