Built for reliability and ease of installation, the SPR-1 features built-in MOV transient protection that eliminates the need for external components, and each output is factory fused at 1/10 amp to safeguard against excessive current or incorrect wiring. Input filtering circuitry rejects noise pulses shorter than 18 ms, ensuring only valid signals are passed to the output. Bright red and green LED indicators provide at-a-glance system status without the need for additional test equipment.
Safety and serviceability are built into every detail of the SPR-1’s design. The “Euro” style terminal strip keeps all conductive parts safely recessed when wiring is installed, protecting users from accidental electrical shock. All powered components — except the terminal strip — are enclosed in a polycarbonate cover, and the polycarbonate mounting base plate provides excellent electrical insulation between the circuit and the mounting surface.
