Please note that when you contact Radian for any service, it is kindly requested that you provide complete details as follows:
[1] List Type of Service Requested: Specify Technical Support or Product Repair or Standard Recertification.
[2] List Your Contact Information: Specify the Company Name, Company Address with Country, Company Telephone Number, Company Fax Number, Company Email Address, Your Name and Your Title.
If Technical Support is needed, then please provide details regarding the model and serial number of the Radian product you are using, your application of the Radian product, the test parameters, details of the meter being tested, and the results you are seeing. This information will assist us in the troubleshooting process. After reviewing this information, an Applications Engineer from Radian will contact you.
If a Product Repair is needed, then please provide details regarding the model and serial number of the Radian product. Then provide a detailed description of the problem or failure condition. Be sure to provide information related to the application of the product at the time of the failure including the test voltage amplitude, current amplitude, phase angle, auxiliary power amplitude and any other details that will assist us in the troubleshooting process. After reviewing this information, an Applications Engineer from Radian may contact you, or you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions.
If a Standard Recertification is needed, then please provide details regarding the model and serial number of the Radian product. Then provide a detailed description of the type of Recertification that you want, such as: As-Found Recertification: for this service we run our typical test points and provide a Certification Sheet along with the Test Report illustrating the error at each test point. Note that we do not make any calibration adjustments to the standard. As-Found Recertification with Custom Test Points: for this service, we run our typical test points as well as extra custom test points that you specify. Note that there is an extra fee for custom points. In addition, we do not make any calibration adjustments to the standard. Recalibration & Recertification: for this service we run our typical test points and provide a Certification Sheet along with the Test Report illustrating the error at each test point. Note that we do make calibration adjustments to the standard if needed. Recalibration & Recertification with Custom Test Points: for this service, we run our typical test points as well as extra custom test points that you specify. Note that there is an extra fee for custom points. In addition, we do make calibration adjustments to the standard if needed.
