Senior Development Engineer

This senior level position is involved in all aspects of creative digital and analog electronic design utilizing A/D converters, DSPs and electronically compensated transformers to create products that deliver extreme accuracy. The successful candidate will design, build and prototype, as well as, analyze new and existing technology for functional and economic application in new and existing products; will be responsible for a full scope of tasks from initial concept to production release; will participate in Radian’s phased development process to manage the creativity and quality we build into our final designs; and will develop adaptable system architectures for products to meet present product specifications and future developments. If you are a creative and communicative Electrical Engineer with 7+ years of digital and analog hardware design and 5 + years of experience in magnetics and switch mode power supply design, Radian Research offers a great opportunity to be an integral part of a progressive company fueled by intelligent, driven and committed employees.

Senior Software Engineer

This vital role is responsible for the design and development of embedded and user interface software architecture within the Radian Research product line including Energy Reference Standards, Energy Meter Testing Systems, Current Transformer Testers, DC to AC Transfer Standards, and Automated Laboratory Energy Reference Systems.  The successful candidate will participate in every stage of product development from conceptualization to production release; will guide or perform the work necessary to resolve complex issues within existing products and portions of new designs; will work within the standard product development design control procedures for testing and manufacturing of software-based products and systems: and will integrate Software with Hardware. If you are creative and communicative BSCS or BSEE with 8-10 years of experience in embedded system software design or a MSCS or MSEE with 5-7 years experience in embedded systems software design, Radian Research offers a great opportunity to be an integral part of a progressive company fueled by intelligent, driven and committed employees.
