Radian Research Board of Directors


Radian Research prides itself in maintaining a Board of Directors that consists of proven business professionals each with his/her own area of expertise.  This spectrum of knowledge is effectively applied to oversee the operation of the Company and to provide the guidance and advice in achieving performance goals. The Radian Research Board of Directors meets every quarter.



Ed Nemeroff, Chairman of the Board and Compensation Committee Chairman (
Outside Director).  Ed has over 45 years of experience including being the President of two multinational corporations, both of which were manufacturers of precision electrical and electronic measuring instruments.  Ed has high visibility in the electrical metrology market and is an internationally recognized authority in the field of metrology, accreditation, standardization and quality.  Ed has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and attended the Graduate School of Management at the University of California. 



Tim Everidge, Chief Executive Officer and ESOP Benefits Committee Chairman (Inside Director)
.  Tim has over 20 years of experience in the electric utility industry, the Company’s main customer base.  Tim has an intimate knowledge of Radian Research, its operations and its market.  Tim has visited customers in nearly 30 countries and has played a key role in defining Radian’s new product development path.   Tim’s leadership provides a clear vision and direction for the Company as it continues to expand and grow to new levels of success.  Tim has BS and MS degrees from Indiana State University in Electronics and Computer Technology and he also completed the Executive Integral Leadership program in the College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.



John Pickering,
Strategy Committee Chairman (Outside Director).  John has over 39 years of experience in research and development of test and measurement instrumentation products.  John started his career as a development engineer at Hewlett Packard then later he was the co-founder of Datron Instruments based in Norwich, England and was its Technical Director.  John has 6 patents of which 4 are directly related to metrology.  Along with his vast technical knowledge, John has a great deal of practical business knowledge based upon his experience with founding Datron, serving on its Board and later playing a key role in Datron’s initial public offering.  John has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in the United Kingdom.



Arden Bement, Jr. (Outside Director). Arden is currently the Director of the Global Policy Research Institute, Chief Global Affairs Officer, and Distinguished Professor of Nuclear Engineering at Purdue University.  A few highlights of Arden’s vast career includes:  From 2003 to 2010 he was the Director of the US National Science Foundation.  From 2001 to 2004 he was the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for the US Department of Commerce.  Arden received a BS degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, MS degree in Engineering from the University of Idaho and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Michigan. 



Charles Weimer (Outside Director)
has a BS degree from Louisiana State University in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics and Mathematics.  Chuck started his career as a Distribution Engineer at Mississippi Power & Light Company and within a year he became a Meter Engineer in the Electric Meter Department and later was promoted to the position of Meter Supervisor over Field Testing of Electric Meters.  Chuck then made a career change to the position of District Sales Manager for Duncan / Landis & Gyr Metering.  In 1980 Chuck and his wife, Sue, founded Watthour Engineering Company, Inc. (WECO) where he served as President and CEO until 100% of the stock was sold to Radian Research, Inc.



Patti Truitt, Corporate Counsel and Board Recorder (non-voting)
Patti has served as General Counsel to the Corporation since 1983 and is a senior partner of the law firm of Truitt and Ray LLP.  Patti received her BA degree from Duke University, MS degree from Purdue University and a Law Degree from Indiana University. She has served as President of the Indiana State Bar Foundation, Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Board of Governors and as Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association’s General Practice Section.  Patti has been named as one of Indiana’s Super Lawyers multiple times.
